That's the kind of feeling I enjoy giving to people every morning.
I've spent the past 23 years evoking emotion - from the profound to the hilarious and emotional - I love interacting with people and providing an escape from every day life.

I was ready to focus full time on my nonprofit organization, HeartHead, but was approached with this once in a lifetime opportunity to extend my 23 year radio career and try a new format - COUNTRY.
Blessed to be able to join these two women every morning and call H-Town our new home.
Creating has always been my passion.
Been knocking on doors since high school in 1998 when I told a production director to let me dub in Reel-to-reels for him.
Since then, I've been opening my own doors in life.
From professional talker to professional listener, I'm a certified positive psychology coach and crisis text line counselor.

In 2022, I founded HeartHead.
It became apparent to me through my advocacy that many people do not seek out therapy because of two main reasons: Stigma and cost.
Talk helps with the stigma. What helps the cost?
We do. Heart Head helps pay for therapy and mental health care - regardless of financial situation or insurance coverage.
So far we have paid out over $2,000 in free therapy.
